This is a 1980 Vintage Kenner Star Wars Lando Calrissian 3 3/4 action figure , complete with original cape and blaster !  It has minor paint wear on his head and there is a mark on his leg, but he is in very good condition with tight joints . He displays well and is a must have for any fan or collector !
